国产乱伦 is looking for care providers to adopt the Care Workforce Pathway as part of a direct support programme.

Applications are still open to join the programme starting on Tuesday 15 September 2026.

Eligibility criteria

To join the support programme your organisation must:

  • be an adult social care provider (e.g. residential care home, community-based support, domiciliary care, supported living)
  • be based and/or operating in England
  • not have participated in a previous Care Workforce Pathway support programme.

Organisations that do not meet these criteria cannot be considered.

About the programme

The Care Workforce Pathway is a comprehensive framework designed to clearly define careers in adult social care, detailing the knowledge, skills, values, and behaviours essential for delivering high-quality, personalised care and support.

The support programme aims to make adoption of the Pathway achievable, practical, and meaningful, by:

  • making it easier to get started by breaking Pathway adoption into clear, manageable steps and providing practical tools and templates
  • helping you and your organisation build the Pathway into everyday workforce practice, rather than treating it as extra work or a separate initiative
  • supporting more consistent ways of working across care providers and systems, using shared language, expectations, and approaches to workforce development
  • building confidence, momentum, and shared ownership across the sector through supported learning, peer connection and ongoing engagement.

Apply now

Thank you for your interest in the direct support programme for care providers.

You can still apply to join the programme this Autumn, which starts on Tuesday 15 September 2026.

Alternatively, you can register now to be notified of future cohorts happening later this year or for the 2027/28 cohort waiting list.

Providers who have been part of previous Pathway support programmes will not be considered for the support programme, as we want to extend this opportunity to providers who have not previously accessed Pathway support.

The programme is open to care providers that deliver adult social care services in England. Applications from organisations such as training providers, consultancy organisations, or recruitment agencies, or organisations that do not provide direct adult social care services in England will not be considered.

Please note there are a limited number of places available, so if your application is unsuccessful, we will try to transfer you to a later programme where possible.

Once you have submitted your form, we will contact you to confirm if you have been accepted onto the programme and share next steps.
