Dave has lead the team and worked with adult social care data since 2008. He leads on the continuous development of the Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set (ASC-WDS), working closely with users to help them provide accurate information about their workforce.

 

Will has a strong background in maths and statistics and has managed ¹ú²úÂÒÂ×’s Analysis team since 2016. He has experience of working with a variety of different stakeholders including university researchers, statisticians, data scientists, local authorities, government departments and health bodies. 

Jackie has worked in Workforce Intelligence since starting at ¹ú²úÂÒÂ× in 2006. She leads the ASC-WDS Support Team, helping answer user queries and assisting them with updating their ASC-WDS data. Jackie is also the Delivery Manager for the ASC-WDS online service.

Kate holds a degree in media and communications and a strong background in digital transformation. She is passionate about social care data and its ability to drive change. Her role is to engage and help providers and stakeholders realise the benefits of the ASC-WDS service and Workforce Intelligence. 

Natalie has a Masters degree in Petroleum Geoscience and has worked extensively in data analytics across multiple sectors including energy, geospatial and health. She is closely involved in the delivery of our external publications and enjoys designing our interactive data visualisations, particularly using Tableau.

Tanya has many years’ experience analysing adult social care workforce information, with a Masters by Research and a degree in Psychology. She is closely involved in the delivery of the data engineering and has experience in a variety of software but particularly enjoys utilising Tableau and Power BI to create interactive dashboards.

Sarah was a care worker before she joined ¹ú²úÂÒÂ× in 2006. Since then she has been analysing and interpreting adult social care workforce information, with particular focus on written reports that provide insight and clearly explain findings. 

Helen has degrees in Applied Computer Technology and Information Systems Design. She worked in the NHS prior to joining ¹ú²úÂÒÂ× and has been analysing health and social care data for over 10 years.

 

Anna has a Masters degree in Data Science for Health amd Social Care and previously worked for a residential social care provider. She enjoys developing new analytical skills and sharing knowledge to help improve the social care sector for the workforce and service users.

Graham has a background in research with a PhD in Criminology, previously working in data analysis and as a user researcher. He is particularly interested in how data is visualised, using software such as Tableau, to make it accessible and impactful to a wide audience. 

Gary has a degree in mathematics and joined ¹ú²úÂÒÂ× in 2015. He leads on the workforce modelling process to produce our workforce estimates and is a key part of our data engineering team. Gary also handles bespoke data requests from the Department of Health and Social Care and other clients.

Marion worked in academic research and as a support worker before joining the team in 2022. She enjoys building reproducible analytical pipelines and automating tasks so the team can produce frequent updates for stakeholders. She continues to develop her skills in data engineering using pyspark, terraform, and AWS. 

Roy has a first-class honours degree in environmental science and progressed into data engineering after many years as a workforce intelligence analyst. He helps build and maintain our pipelines that produce workforce estimates in AWS. 

Achyut is a data engineering and statistics enthusiast with a background in computer science and business analytics. He is passionate about simplifying and automating complex data processes in the social care sector. 

Jason has worked for ¹ú²úÂÒÂ× for over nine years and has an extensive background in customer support, so understands the needs and expectations of ASC-WDS users.

 

Randip provides consistent high quality service and professional support on ASC-WDS. She has been a member of the friendly go-to support squad since 2017, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Aleia has worked in the ASC-WDS Support Team since 2018 and focuses on resolving user queries. She mostly enjoys sorting out bulk upload issues figuring out the errors and how to fix them.

Helen previously worked as a registered manager in domiciliary care before joining the ASC-WDS Support Team. She uses her expert knowledge of the sector to help users access and update their ASC-WDS data. 

Zoe has been part of the ASC-WDS Support Team for three years, working hard to ensure all user needs are met and queries answered.
